Company Policies

Order Policy - Orders are accepted through our convenient shopping cart only.  We regret that we cannot accept phone orders.  Our shopping cart accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money orders, and personal checks as forms of payment.  Please follow the "Payment Policy" below to complete your order.

Payment Policy - To pay by PayPal simply add items to your cart with the Buy Now buttons, fill in the information on the shopping cart page as prompted and follow the instructions on the shopping cart page.  Please make sure you follow through to the PayPal site to complete your payment.  Orders will not be filled if payment is not received.

                          - To pay with Visa or MasterCard, simply add items to your cart with the Buy Now buttons, fill in the information on the shopping cart page as prompted and choose the Credit Card option for payment.  You will be directed to our secure server where you will be asked for your billing information.  Complete and accurate information is necessary to complete your order.  Incomplete or inaccurate information may prevent your order from being filled.

                          -  Money orders and personal checks:  Please add items to your cart with the Buy Now buttons, fill in the information on the shopping cart page as prompted and follow the instructions to complete the order process.  You will be asked to print out your order, send a money order or check (made out to Colleen Johnston, 124 Dean Street, Pickens, SC  29671).  You will receive an email notification when your payment is received and when your order is due to be shipped.   **Money order must be received within 7 days of placement of order.  If it is not received, your order will be cancelled without notice.

Return Policy - Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently accept product returns.  If you have a problem with our products, please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve the matter!

Cancellation Policy - There is a 20% cancellation fee for orders that are cancelled after they have been paid for.  This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Privacy Policy - Country Meadow Creations will never share, or sell, your personal information or order history with any other individual or company.  We also have a no-spam policy.  After you place your first order you will be sent an invitation to join our email list.  If you choose not to join the list, we won't contact you again.  We value your privacy as much as you do!  ***View our full Privacy Policy page for more information***
